Magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) have evolved tremendously during recent years, in part due to the rapid expansion of nanotechnology and their active magnetic core with a high surface-to-volume ratio, while surface functionalization opened door plethora drug, gene bioactive molecule immobilization. Taming reactivity was achieved by various techniques, producing MNPs tailored for diagnosis treatment cardiovascular or neurological disease, tumors cancer. Superparamagnetic iron oxide (SPIONs) are established at drug-delivery systems could act as efficient agents MFH (magnetic fluid hyperthermia). Depending on intrinsic morphological features, now cover broad scope which current review aims overview. Considering exponential field, will be limited roughly past three years.
